Philipp Jurisch
Managing Partner
Philipp Jurisch is founder and managing partner of aedus Development and responsible for all commercial issues. Mr. Jurisch is also managing partner at neworld. Before founding aedus, Mr. Jurisch worked for CR Investment Management. He completed his studies in business administration at the European Business School (Bachelor) and ESCP (Master).
Colin Schulze
Managing Partner
Colin Schulze is managing partner of aedus Development GmbH and responsible for the technical as well as architectural implementation of the construction projects. Before joining aedus, he managed major construction projects at Tishman Speyer, SMV, German Estate Group AG and DIC Asset AG. He completed both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt.
Natalija Stoeva
Project Manager
Since 2022, Natalija Stoeva has been responsible for both technical and commercial tasks at aedus Development GmbH. During her studies at the Rhein Main University of Applied Sciences (Bachelor of Engineering) and the Mainz University of Applied Sciences (Master of Science), Ms Stoeva worked for the German Estate Group AG and DIC Asset AG in the field of project development.
Luis Christ
Analyst
Luis Christ has been a permanent member of the aedus team since 2019 and provides support in commercial matters. He completed both his Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees at the TH Aschaffenburg in the field of real estate management. During his studies, he was able to gain experience at CR Investment Management, Colliers and Palmira Capital Partners, among others.
Stephan Köhler
Managing Partner
Stephan Köhler is managing partner of aedus Development GmbH. Mr. Köhler is also the founder and managing partner of the XTR Group, an investment company specializing mainly in the medical technology sector. Mr. Köhler completed a banking apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank and subsequently studied business administration at Goethe University in Frankfurt.
Dr. Florian Kreer
Partner
Dr. Florian Kreer is a shareholder of aedus Development GmbH as well as founder and managing director of the Cologne-based project development company Kreer Development, which he founded in 2005. Dr. Kreer completed his studies in business administration at the WHU (Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung) in Vallendar. He received his doctorate from RWTH Aachen University on the subject of corporate succession and private equity.
Dr. Thomas Jurisch
Partner
Dr. Thomas Jurisch is a shareholder of aedus Development GmbH. At the same time, Dr. Jurisch is Managing Director of TRACOE medical GmbH, as well as Managing Partner of JuWin-Capital GmbH, an investment company. He studied mechanical engineering at the TH Darmstadt and subsequently received his doctorate in business informatics in Frankfurt. One of his passions is real estate development.
