aedus is revitalizing and renovating the authentic corner house from 1897 according to historical models and is working on the true-to-original restoration of distinctive and individual components.

Inside, the areas are completely renewed according to monument specifications and optimized for contemporary use. For this purpose, the historical furnishings of the property are being refurbished with great care and unique ceiling paintings are being restored. Renovation here also means uncovering the layers of time and rediscovering the historic building. This not only preserves the charm of the building, but also contributes to the continuation of the history of the house. The historic rooms are finally converted into contemporary workplaces with a selected color concept and individual, high-quality furnishings.

Exclusive office space for up to eleven tenants with high-quality 30 to 40 m² work rooms and individual furnishings, communal kitchenettes and four central, representative conference rooms are being created under the concept name noto.
