The apartment building is located in the popular district of Sachsenhausen in a very central location directly near Schweizer Platz. aedus is successively refurbishing individual flats. Details such as the historic doors are being refurbished in keeping with the style, and sanitary areas, kitchens, windows and wooden floorboards are being installed and renewed to contemporary standards in order to emphasise the character of the period building. This also includes the design of an attractive staircase and the redesign of the front garden.
